Solution Minded

Leaders have to think quickly and act swiftly. We have all been told, "don't just come with the problem, come with the solution". This statement is so true.

As a leader, you want a decision that can correct the problem and you want this done to minimize disruption.

This can be one of the rare times you can't focus on the why, and you need to focus on the "get it done right now". Being able to effectively troubleshoot and find a solution can make you stand out from others.

This is where I go back to Empowerment. If you empower your teams to think through problems and come up with solutions, you will have a stronger team that will allow you to focus on the future and not the day to day.
