Here We GROW Again

A couple of months ago I wrote about being comfortable. I have had several discussions in the past couple of weeks with people not wanting to change due to being comfortable where they are.

I tell everyone, you have to get comfortable with being uncomfortable!

When you get comfortable, you have a tendency to stop learning. You have to push yourself everyday in order to GROW!

Sure, you can come to work everyday and do the same thing day in and day out, but if you want to advance in your career, you have to do more, you have to prove yourself everyday and show why you standout from the other people.

Do not fall for Comfort being a way to success. Stretch yourself, it's okay to not be successful at first, this is how you will Grow and advance your career.

G- Gain the knowledge

R- Reap the benefits of challenging yourself in order to prove yourself

O- Opportunities will happen if you step out of your comfort zone

W- Win, Win and Win
